I. Return Conditions

Opened returns are supported: Items that have been opened, are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and do not affect resale can be returned.

If the item has quality issues, is the wrong item sent, or does not match the description, we will prioritize processing your return or exchange.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods; requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

II. Return Process
Contact customer service to submit a return request and explain the reason for the return.

After customer service approves the request, we will provide a return address and instructions.

Return the item as required and provide the return tracking number.

Once we receive the item and verify that it is correct, we will process your refund as soon as possible.

III. Shipping Costs

For returns due to product quality issues or wrong items sent, we will cover the shipping costs.

For returns due to personal reasons (such as incorrect size, dislike, etc.), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

IV. Refund Instructions
